It begins with the most widely used version of the UCC, consisting of the 2008 version of Articles 1 and 3-9 and the 2002 version of Articles 2 and 2A. Appendices contain the PEB commentaries, as well as earlier versions of Articles 1, 3, 4, and 7, and the 2003 and 2005 amendments to Articles 2 and 2A, in underline-strikeout form with the Official Comments. Also included are the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, the Uniform Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title and Anti-Theft Act, portions of the federal Consumer Credit Protection Act related to restrictions on garnishment and to fair debt collection practices, the Federal Trade Commission Credit Practices Regulations, the Federal Tax Lien Statute, and the Bankruptcy Code (including BAPCPA).
