It is, of course, none of those.
But it does contain major units on:
-"The Presidential Election Process, " subheaded "Goobers on Parade"
-A commentary on candidates, with verbatim quotes preserved for posterity, from forgotten figures in history like Bush-Quayle (the classic: "What a waste it is to lose one's mind, or not to have a mind as being very wasteful. How true that is.") to almost forgotten ones like Bush, Dub-yah ("I know how hard it is to put food on your family, " and "There is madmen in the world, and there are terror.").
-Dave's version of suitably re-written Constitution
-The transcript of a modern political ad campaign, complete with a subversive doing the voice-overs.
-Some of the funniest footnotes in the history of footnote fetish.
There is much more, of course, but it has to be (a) written (b) re-typed c) and then reviewed by our lawyers, those not involved in challenging the Supreme Court's right to life.
