Description
The series comprises full text law reports of all tax cases decided in the Upper Tribunal, the High Court, the Court of Appeal, Court of Session in Scotland, Court of Appeal in Northern Ireland and the Supreme Court and selected cases decided in the Privy Council, the European Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights. Reports of selected cases in other areas which are of interest to tax practitioners are also included. The reports are set out in the same format as those in the All ER, with headnotes giving a clear and factual summary of the case. Moreover, all cases are fully cross-referenced to Simon’s, De Voil, Foster’s and other major encyclopaedic works. The reports are published on a weekly basis with an index replaced every 5 weeks. All reports published over the year are republished in two bound volumes, published in September and March, which subscribers receive as part of their subscription together with cumulative tables and index of all cases reported since the launch of the service in 1973. Available as part of the LexisLibrary online service and the Butterworths Taxation Service on CD-ROM.
