Description
Courageous Leadership Workshop helps leaders build their own courage and learn strategies and techniques for building courage in their constituents. Developed in conjunction with the Courageous Leadership Workshop, this self-rated assessment measures the ways one currently applies courage in the workplace and where opportunities exist for one to apply it more frequently and in different ways. During or prior to the workshop, facilitators may wish to administer this self-rated 30-item survey that participants use to assess which of the three types of courage (TRY, TRUST, TELL) they use most often, and which they need to use more.
