Of course, should she refuse or fail, the consequences will be dire. With Pel's secret help, Nor is able to complete the task. However, life at the palace is a complicated balancing act as Nor must decide between marrying Casper or finding freedom with Pel. And when a faerie army attacks the city, Nor discovers Pel has been hiding his true identity, one which could ruin the lives of everyone Nor loves.
