Daarop voortbouwend worden een aantal doelstellingen geformuleerd waaraan seksuele vorming in het onderwijs zou kunnen voldoen. Verder is er ook aandacht voor volgende onderwerpen: seksuele intimidatie, homoseksualiteit en seksualiteit en gehandicapten.
