Description
In this book the authors ask whether the opting out assessment is an adequate explanation for women's decisions to leave the workforce. They also make an assessment of the race, class and gender axes to determine women's workplace participation, and the women who cannot afford to opt out or find it difficult to opt in. In the last part of this book the authors draw their conclusions and highlight an unexplored territory and point out topics for future research and policy.
