《法治的细节》是中国政法大学法学教授罗翔新作的法学随笔，面向大众读者，从热点案件解读、法学理念科普、经典名著讲解等6大板块，普及法律常识与法治观念。内容包括辛普森案、电车难题、性同意制度等法律基本常识，或N号房、张玉环案等时事热点的案件，多维度培育法律思维，助力法治社会的构建，点亮每个人心中的法治之光。

作者简介

罗翔

湖南耒阳人，北京大学法学博士

现任中国政法大学教授，刑法学研究所所长

主要研究领域为刑法学、刑法哲学、经济刑法、性犯罪，著有法律普及读物《刑法学讲义》，随笔集《圆圈正义》等。

除学术研究与授课外，罗翔教授长期专注于法律普及与法考教学。

在校任职期间多次获得中国政法大学学生欢迎的十大教师称号，2018年入选法大研究生心目中的优秀导师。2020年初，因其刑法课视频中所举的案例幽默风趣，意外爆红网络，一时形成"千军万马追罗翔法考"之势。其上课视频截图所制作的表情包在网络上疯传，被称为"一米九的法律男神"。3月9日，受邀请正式入驻bilibili视频网站，创造极速千万粉传说。
