Daveis, LL.D., it was voted, unanimously, "That the cordial thanks of the Association be presented to Prof. Packard for his excellent, appropriate and expressive Address, delivered on this occasion, and a copy be requested for the Press." My dear Sir, I submit the Address delivered before the Association of the Alumni on the fifth instant to their disposal.
