Description

'FACES' is an original series of poems that depict the lives of 'Homeless People' from various different perspectives. Homelessness is a symptom of the failure of society in fulfilling its design and purpose. More so it is the dire circumstances people find themselves in after a catastrophic disaster. The poems in FACES were written in the Caribbean islands of Trinidad and Tobago to focus on the generic problem of homelessness. It is has since been adapted to also focus on the needs of the earthquake ravaged nation of Haiti. This collection of poems has been enhanced with the new addition of a song dedicated to the People of Haiti called 'Haiti Forever'. The publication of this new original collection of poems and songs 'FACES' is intended to generate awareness to help the people of Haiti and people everywhere lost without homes.
