The current election process of representatives for the national lawmaking institution and top administrative leaders is and the politicians campaigns are very time consuming and extremely expensive. The election process (chapter 20)occupational representation and Electoral College based on such election processand new type of lawmaking and administrative setup by two top elected administrators, is least expensive, similar to the election of the president and board members of the association representing that occupation, with modern computer and electronic facilities available to each voter at home or in a county office. The elected representativesmost probably highly capable, active, and efficient with great leadership qualitiesof their occupations might work intensively with great interest for the well-being of all the members. They may have greater ability to decide how to improve the well-being of all, rather than the segments of, people in terms of economic security, health, safety, and peace. Since economists might not have clout in public policy decisions in any country, in general, public has to be made aware that there is a great need for all the top and famous economists including Nobel Prize winners in economic sciences, top social scientists, all billionaires (about 400), Nobel peace Prize winners, executives of top companies, great humane leaders, editors of top news papers, top journalists of media in the world, organizations advocating world peace and financial security, and those in the entire world, who are interested in permanent world peace and a new type economic structure, which assures financial safety and fairness to all stakeholders to establish a financially sound and powerful institution for guiding the new type of lawmakers. In the future, the public might lead a peaceful revolution for achieving this desirable goal.
