Description

Intro Will started his morning routine as he had for the past two years, with the annoying buzzing of his alarm clock ringing in his ears, he packed his favorite pipe with weed and took a deep hit. Smoking weed was the only thing that helped Wills unusual condition, since as long as he could remember Will has had voices inside of his head; but unlike most people with voices in their head, these voices weren't harmful telling him to kill, rape, or steal; they would actually help and advise Will. Which wouldn't have been a bad thing if the voices weren't always talking, never giving him a moments rest. Weed was the only thing to quiet down the voices so Will could relax. At least that was the way it used to be. For the past two years now, some inner demon had been slowly growing inside and shutting out all the other voices to the point of taking complete control and trying to force his opinions on Will. It could never completely control him no matter how hard it tried, Will always resisted and somehow kept in control. Despite his mental problems, Will was the same as any other eighteen year old mid-western Wisconsin boy. He stood six foot four, tall for his age, with short brown hair and brown eyes, strongly built but with a layer of fat to keep warm in colder temperatures. This came in useful during the winter when he was always out on the frozen lakes fishing. A bit of a quiet loner at first, Will always hung out with a small select group of friends but always stayed social with most people in high school, he felt slightly out of place. He was content with live in a small town on the border of Wisconsin and Minnesota, but always felt trapped like an eagle caged, unable to fly freely through the skies free to do as he pleased. As much as Will tried to appear normal, he knew he never would be, however that didn't stop him from trying. Even though he always heard voices inside his head and he sometimes had trouble controlling his emotions, Will was fairly intelligent and had a sharp attention to detail. People he passed by in the halls or walking down the street never gave him a second glance, mainly because he never gave them a reason to think twice about him. Will never denied that he wasn't the same as others, but he could at least hide his difference by blending into the crowd acting normal. Even his parents didn't know about his unique condition, only a couple of therapists he went to when he was younger to try and get some answers to why he was different. They all had the same explanation; nothing could explain his unusual condition and no conventional medication worked on him. Snapping out of deep thoughts, laying in bed, Will got up and started his morning routine. Rising stiffly out of bed, he walked to the bathroom, towel and washcloths in one hand, radio with a Dimmu Borgir cd in the other hand for his usual morning shower listening to black metal. After his shower Will continued his morning routine, starting up his truck and heading to school just like any normal day, or as normal a day as Will could have. School was the same boring affair as usual, listening to his teacher drone on about useless subjects that he had no interest in and retaining information that has no practical use in real life. He passed the time just waiting for shop class to start so he could actually learn about something he cared to do. Welding and woodworking were his favorites, he loved taking raw materials and creating something useful out of them. Every school day ended the same way, waiting for the bell to ring at three thirty so he could jump in his truck and have a quiet half hour drive to work with the same subject always on his mind. Feeling like he was destined for something more than just carrying on a normal life in the Midwest states, one day just melting into the next with no real prospects other than finding a wife, having a few kids and raising them to continue the bland meaningless existense of man,s deep r
