She noted that whatever situation that we go through irrespective of its magnitude, what counts is how we respond to it. She notes that the blame game can never make any one move forward but rather making a positive choice, forgetting the past and taking a step of faith. The book also highlights how she coped with the various changes that her family met. For example, the change of roles and their coping strategies.
