The desire for marriage and family is deeply embedded in almost every human heart. This is by the design of God that he caused us to grow up in families where we learn first of the Father's heart from our parents. And our spouses and romantic relationships show us the way to Jesus, the Bridegroom's heart. Spiritual parents also impart love to us from the Father's heart. Having first received love, we then can love. In these closest relationships we learn how to love and the ways of God. God then multiplies his love in our hearts by giving us natural and spiritual children with our spouse and marriage union with the Lamb. He is a great God with no limits and showed Abraham the stars of the sky of the vast universe saying so shall your descendants be. We are blessed when our quiver is full of them. And more are the spiritual children that we can have than biological ones. Children are a reward from the Lord and will be our joy and crown when we get to heaven. David P. Schaff has written three non-fiction books from his own experience and collecting nuggets from others looking into the one flesh mystery that the Apostle Paul speaks of in Ephesians 5 regarding Christ and the church. The first book, Love Letters to the Bride, romances us in our marriage to the Lamb as the bride of Christ. The second is a companion book, Wise Virgins: Preparing for the Bridegroom's Return, giving clues into the mystery of when the wedding may be to help us prepare and be ready for him. This third book is the last in the trilogy following divine order with raising spiritual children that come out of this intimacy and union with him.
