Description

This case centres on a new venture named Ballboy, which allows golf players to detect their golf balls. The product was an instant success and William Black, the inventor, had to take on investors to keep up with demand. The investors have tasked William Black to investigate how can reduce manufacturing costs and improve efficiency. On top of this, William has to factor in political decisions relating to NAFTA and calculate how much the costs for raw materials will change.
