Description

中國的憲政轉型，不僅事關中華民族的前途命運，而且牽涉整個世界的局勢。上個世紀九十年代以來，中國前衛思想理論界就以轉型話語取代了八十年代的改革話語。中國所面臨的時代任務，早就不是在黨國體制框架之內的改革，而是從黨國體制到憲政民主的轉型。從指令經濟到市場經濟的轉型，只是中國憲政轉型的一個組成部分。

本書圍繞中国宪政转型這一主題，反思一個多世紀以來中國人追求憲政民主的曲折歷程，探討妨害中國憲政轉型的政治障礙和思想誤區，分析中國自由主義陣營和公民社會的理論成果與政治實踐，評估當代中國政治人物的是非得失，展望中國憲政轉型的未來圖景。
