Born in Detroit in June of 1965, I have since travelled the world over to some thirty-three countries, loving nearly every minute of my truly wonderful life. God has blessed with a true variety of experiences. I served honorably in the United States Army, earned two advanced collegiate degrees, worked in radio for a few years, writing travel articles along the way. Writing has become my heartfelt passion to tell you my life story. My mission in life now is to tell those many thousands to not take the same ugly and evil path through a life of addiction, alcoholism, several near-death experiences, and a failed marriage. God wants me to make this very clear to other alcoholics and addicts: I was literally at deaths door eight times at least. My Lord and Savior only brought me back from five and a half feet under to talk you out of the insanity, extreme physical pain, crazy visions, destructive behavior, and stress and heartache that you will cause your loved ones if you do not stop drinking and drugging today. Life is great sober, so try it before you meet a sudden and certain horrible death.
