Numerous decisions of the Court of Appeal have also been incorporated, such as Tabassum on indecent assault, Richardson on intoxication, A (Children) on intention and necessity, DPP v Armstrong on incitement, Singh on gross negligence manslaughter, Emmett on sado-masochism and consent, Rai on deception, Martin and Carins on duress and Williams on theft. Consideration is also given to the Human Rights Act 1998.
