Ces violences ont laissé des séquelles. En 2002, après la tenue d'un Forum pour la réconciliation nationale, les motifs des antagonismes politiques sont toujours agissants. Il est nécessaire de reconstituer les responsabilités et les enchaînements politiques qui ont rendu possible le passage de la virulence verbale à la brutalité des actes. C'est le projet de ce livre.
