Nicht nur an den naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten, sondern auch in den Geisteswissenschaften sind Elektronische Publikationen auf dem Vormarsch. Wie sehen diese Projekte aus? Was bewirken sie? Mit welchen praktischen, finanziellen und rechtlichen Schwierigkeiten haben sie zu kämpfen? Inwiefern ist insbesondere das Urheberrecht in der Lage, den Aufbruchprozess der Universitäten zu begleiten oder aber zu behindern? Der vorliegende Band gibt einen Einblick in die Praxis der Elektronischen Publikationen anhand ausgewählter Projekte und vermittelt erste Lösungen, insbesondere was die urheberrechtlichen Probleme elektronischer Publikationen angeht.
