Die Erkenntnisse liefern einen wertvollen Beitrag für die Praxis zur zukünftigen Gestaltung des Reputationsmanagements und des internen Marketings der Dienstleister innerhalb eines Konzerns sowie im erweiterten Sinne von intra- und interorganisationalen Netzwerken und bieten Ansat punkte für weitere Forschungsvorhaben.
