Description

Er nennt sich fortan Robin Hood und sein Bestreben gilt, die Edelleute und Kirchenmänner, die sich an Ärmeren bereichert haben, zu überfallen. Er nimmt ihnen Güter ab und lässt sie Ärmeren zukommen. Die Schar der grün Gewandeten im Wald von Barnsdale nimmt ständig zu. Als Richard Löwenherz frei wird, sind auch Robin Hood und seine Geächteten befreit. Die Neuausgabe des 1984 auf Deutsch erschienenen Romans ist mit seiner universellen Botschaft der Ungerechtigkeiten gegenüber Ärmeren noch immer brandaktuell und dieser Kampf sowie das Leben in der Natur faszinieren besonders Jungen, aber vielleicht auch Mädchen.
