Doch noch bevor er es sich in seinem neugepachteten Garten gemütlich machen kann, taucht auf dem Parkplatz der lauschigen Schrebergartenanlage eine Leiche auf, die plötzlich wieder verschwindet. Dies und die neuerlichen Zeitungsberichte über Giftmüllfunde in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Kolonie lassen die Vorstadt-Idylle zum Schreckensszenario werden. Gemeinsam mit dem ebenso unberechenbaren wie skurrilen alten Pastor Sauerbier geht Lindemann der Sache auf den Grund.
