作者簡介

黃張維

1969年生於台灣台北，畢業於中興大學土木工程學系，後於1996年取得美國西北大學碩士及2018年台灣大學管理學院碩士EMBA。

過去長期任職創投業，包括中華開發工業銀行、旭邦創投等，創投生涯中曾瀕臨兩次的破產挑戰，卻成為後來起心動念創業重要的養份。2006年於台北成立耕薪建設／耕薪都市更新股份有限公司，專注經營都市更新與危老重建的市場，現任公司董事長，帶領耕薪成為台北市精華地區都更推案最多的建設公司之一。2017年個人獲頒中華民國第40屆全國創業楷模獎。

13年前為改善因壓力導致身心的疾病，決定開始運動人生，熱愛馬拉松與鐵人三項等運動，不僅自己重拾健康，也透過運動建立屬於自己的企業文化，並為鼓勵周遭朋友運動，成立「耕跑團」平台，希望凝聚所有喜愛並追求健康的人，一起從運動中獲得滿滿的熱情與感動。2017年公司榮獲「運動企業認證標章」。
