罗伯特议事规则

本書是根據第11版翻譯而成的最新官方版本，完整概括了最新發展的議事規則體系，是一本經典、全面、權威的議事規則工具書。

它不僅解決了十幾年來大量讀者咨詢所反映的共性問題，而且擴展了新的規則和程序，補充了更詳盡的解釋和說明，反映了議事規則發展的必然趨勢。

本書內容共分20章63節，具體內容包括：第1—9節初步描述了議事規則的各項概念和規則；第10—39節詳細描述了各種「動議」的規則；第40—60節深入、完整、詳細地描述了議事規則的各類重要概念；第61—63節詳細描述了組織的紀律審查程序。

亨利羅伯特，胡格諾派教徒，美國陸軍工程兵長官。「羅伯特議事規則」就是以他的名字命名的。在民間組織和教會當中從事了多年的會議實踐后，他開始研究議事規則，並於1876年2月出版了第1版《羅伯特議事規則》。1901年，他從陸軍退役以后開始從事工程咨詢工作，並把生命的最后10年全部奉獻給議事規則的編撰事業。

沃等數十家機構講座、培訓和咨詢。

孫滌（譯者），經濟碩士和管理博士；加州州立大學(長堤)商學院教授，北京大學等多個院校的兼任教授，美國富布萊特研究學者。現任美國華裔教授學者協會秘書長；曾任中國建設銀行總行投資銀行部總經理、深圳發展銀行首席信息官、留美中國經濟學會會長等職。有近二十本中文著作在國內刊行，並在報刊和網絡上辟有專欄傳播現代管理的理念和實踐。
