Y casi nunca se resuelven con una argumentación jurídica consistente. Estas Lecciones de Derecho de la Información intentan ofrecer una respuesta clara y jurídica a estas y otras interrogantes. De manera clara, comprensible y sistemática, se expone en ellas todo el derecho de la libertad de información. Lo que está permitido publicar y lo que no; las obligaciones que deben cumplir los periodistas; los procesos judiciales posibles; el secreto profesional, etc. Todo ello ilustrado por casos reales que lo hacen accesible para quien de verdad necesite respuestas claras. Se trata de uno de los primeros intentos de sistematizar las reglas esenciales y los límites de la libertad de prensa en España.
