Med en tro på, at alle børn og deres forældre ønsker at være en del af fællesskabet, har Rani og hendes medarbejdere skabt en folkeskole for alle. Her er det lykkedes at få samtlige forældre til at møde op på skolen fire gange om året. Forældre har taget initiativ til en lektiecafé. Og elevernes karaktergennemsnit ved afgangseksamen er næsten fordoblet.
