Tanto c’è ancora da dire in questo continente in continua evoluzione e tanto si può apprendere da ogni singola esperienza politica, economica e sociale che avviene a così tanta distanza dal nostro nucleo di appartenenza. Errori e vittorie, piccole esperienze e grandi progetti, rappresentano pur sempre lo spunto per approfondimenti, riflessioni, analisi e riprogettazioni di modelli adattabili al nostro contesto europeo che a prescindere dall’idea comune di “regione avanzata e ben integrata nel contesto internazionale”, invero ha molto ancora da fare per assumere un ruolo di primissimo piano nello scacchiere geopolitico mondiale.
