The United Nations Juridical Yearbook, mandated by General Assembly resolution 1814 (XVII) of 18 December 1962, has been published on an annual basis since 1963. The Yearbook contains documentary materials of a legal character concerning the United Nations and related intergovernmental organisations. The present volume, which is the fifty-first of the series, covers activities undertaken in 2013 and contains: legislative texts and treaties, or provisions thereof, concerning the legal status of the United Nations and related intergovernmental organizations; a general overview of the legal activities of the United Nations and related intergovernmental organisations; selected treaties concerning international law concluded under the auspices of the organisations concerned; selected decisions of administrative tribunals of the United Nations and related intergovernmental organisations; selected legal opinions of the United Nations and related intergovernmental organisations; a list of judgments, advisory opinions and selected decisions rendered by international tribunals; selected decisions of national tribunals relating to the work of the United Nations and related intergovernmental organisations.
This yearbook contains documentary texts of treaties and other materials concerning the legal status and activities of the United Nations and related inter-governmental organizations.
