這幾年跟隨著科技的發展，我的主題討論了區塊鏈，無人機，電動車，人工智慧物聯網與5G，2019年我投入立法委員的選舉，選舉對我來講是違反我工作的策略，我工作的策略是一定要有效率與大量的產出價值，選舉有時候你太有效率是選不上的，因為大家希望能夠看到你⌜苦心孤詣⌟，我希望投入選舉能夠改變的事情包含讓大家能夠了解產值跟效率的重要性，一個區域的政治人物呈現出來的是那個區域的人的想法與決策，台灣有的是亂七八糟其實多少也是因為大家的想法沒有那麼透明與清澈。 我在這本書中也會記載我競選的歷程，書裏的內容有不少是我競選時提出的政見，2020年新冠肺炎COVID-19全球大爆發，台灣在疫情中管制得宜，我的政見提前呈現其價值與可行性，我們也會在書說分析與說明。 但是今天台灣國民所得墊底，超過一半以上的人民，居住在不適合生活的汙濁空氣中，平均每人的每週工時，超過大部分的已開發國家，選舉的過程讓我重新思考，這些現象原因，為甚麼台灣沒有辦法有機會跟新加坡或者是瑞士一樣，變成區域的中心?台灣要怎樣才能夠在這些機會中努力爭取與把握，進一步讓自己提升變成區域的核心，變成穩定的力量與高度發展的引擎。我在這本書中都會詳細的說明我認為可行的規劃與建議。
