印度資通訊產業發展趨勢與契機特輯

經歷2008年下半年的金融危機已開發國家之經濟成長率均大幅下滑，尤以歐美等先進經濟體的受創程度最為嚴重，經濟成長趨緩降低國民消費能力水準，以至於市場成長性受到限制。反觀，新興國家之金融投資活動因不若已開發國家熱絡，故受到金融危機影響的程度相對較低在經歷2009年的經濟衰退後，新興及開發中國家的GDP值仍呈現正成長。依據IMF對2012年後復甦態勢的推估，新興及開發中國家的GDP成長率仍將優於全球平均水準，可推測全球經濟的重心正逐漸地從已開發國家移轉至新興市場，新興市場開始從附屬地位轉變為未來的主導者角色。 台灣向來以製造業為產業發展的主軸，而將產品外銷至全球市場為重要收入來源，此一產業經營模式又以電子產業最具代表性。在金融危機後，因已開發國家的經濟活動尚未復甦，消費者的需求成長有限故台灣廠商的經營重心將由歐美等已開發國家逐漸轉移至新興市場。 由印度的人口分布來看，城市居民約占總人口的三成，而其GDP貢獻度卻高達五成以上，其餘近七成的農村居民則相對較差，貧富差距懸殊，故農村居民所需求的產品和都會區的消費者或新興中產階級之間就存在著相當程度的差異。因此廠商在思考進入新興市場時，就應對不同所得階層的消費族群，設定不同的產品定位，如此才能將行銷資源做良好的布局，在新興市場達陣成功。當印度消費市場蓬勃發展之際，台灣資通訊產品業者希望能搭上這波潮流，藉以在台灣的成功經驗於印度市場取得一席之地，賺取更多利益。
