★「思故鄉港教材系列」：一套主要為香港人下一代設計的基礎教材，嘗試建構香港歷史、社會、語言、文化的學習框架，呈現香港兼容多元與堅守原則的精神，保存下一代建立香港人身份認同的機會。當這一代的港人提起「故鄉」，很自然就會想起「香港」，即使在遙遠的他鄉，那份對香港的情感和連結依然深刻。然而，「香港是我家」這句說話到了下一代，或許就要加上一個問號。每個孩子都有自己的選擇與追尋，但願香港人的下一代有機會認識未被篡改的香港歷史，懂得自己提出問題、尋找答案，同時對於答案保持批判性思考，探索自己與香港身份認同的關係，不論身在何地也能夠成為有責任感的世界公民。

★《香港是我家 單元一： 香港是何地 (教師版) 》是為使用「思故鄉港」此套教材的家長與教師而設計，相較於學生版，教師版加入了【教學目標】、【補充說明】、【延伸學習】、【課堂活動】等欄位，輔助家長與教師引導學生思考，並提供相關的背景知識。此外，教材中的互動練習，亦於教師版附有參考答案，以便教學時與學生討論使用。
