The seven sins are a wide known concept after a movie called seven was released in 1995 however there is little to be heard about the seven virtues so to instill some balance i decided to dissect both sin and virtue to it's rawest forms to hopefully shed light on how to exactly beat sin and escape the depression anxiety and other feelings that come with being trapped in sin.
