Mrs Dalloway is a novel by Virginia Woolf, first published in 1925. The eponymous character first appeared in Woolf's novel, The Voyage Out. This book delves into one single day in the life of Clarissa Dalloway as she prepares for a party that evening. Using the thoughts of the characters, we get a glimpse into Clarissa's life, including her youth and marriage (and whether she married the right man or not).
